November 17 Voice Recital Information - Reminder

My Very Dear Students and Families,

Due to everyone's busy December, this year's "Winter" Voice Studio Recital will actually be a FALL Voice Studio Recital on Saturday, November 17 at Catalina Foothills Church. Please make plans to keep that day free for the dress rehearsal, recital, and for the reception afterward. We will begin the dress rehearsal at 11:00 AM with each person getting his or her own 5-10 minute time slot to rehearse with our pianist or with your accompaniment track. I will soon begin to create the dress rehearsal schedule, assigning a specific time slot for each student. Make sure to arrive in the sactuary at least 10 minutes before your time slot so you will be prepared to rehearse right on time. If you arrive late for your timeslot, we will have to skip your rehearsal time, and move on with the rehearsal schedule, so that we do not disrespect other students' and families' schedules. Please do not be late!

The actual recital performance will begin at 3:00 PM and will last approximately 2 hours. After the performance, please plan to enjoy time together at the recital reception in the Catalina Foothills Church Fireside Room until about 6:00 PM. Thank you for marking your calendars now and for inviting your family and friends to join us for a wonderful time of engaging musical performances and for deliberately and sincerely celebrating each others' personal growth and triumphs! I am very blessed to have each of you in my life, and it is my joy and honor to work with each one of you.

♮If you are not currently taking lessons with me, we still would LOVE for you to come and enjoy the time with us! Please RSVP, so we know how many people to expect!

♮Also, if any of you have an idea for how you or someone you know might contribute to making the recitals and receptions even more extraordinary, please let me know what you have in mind, and we will consider making it happen! I thank each of you for the opportunity to serve you and to work with you.
